Annotations move content

I noticed that when adding annotations (arrows, callouts, notes) it moves the content on my screens.

I do not want this behavior. I just want the annotations to overlap my content wherever I place them. I also do not want annotations to automatically move each other when I add them close to each other.

Is there a way that I can achieve this?

Can you provide more details on what you mean by "move content"? I don't quite understand the problem from your description. Perhaps you could provide some screenshots, or email me the screen files (or the entire project) that that demonstrate the problem.

It seems that the behavior I was referring to went away after I grouped and customized the default grey rectangle area with the Jumbotron button that comes in the NewScreen.screen template.
