Do you mean you'd like to nest color and font markup? I tried that and it seems that it doesn't work right now. I'll see if I can fix that.
Couldn't you color you text using Properties View and then just use font markup?
I need to apply the color and font size to only sub text in a cell of list not to the hole text of list.
