Multirow header in tables

Hello, Is it possible to create a table with a header with more than one row? I could not find this feature that I usually simulate using 2 tables, onde with just one row (the header) and another with the other line as the second line of the header and then the table data rows.

There is a special syntax for coloring rows which may help. It looks like this:

(bg:grey)| Row 1
(bg:grey)| Row 2
Row 3

You might need to toggle off the "Header" option to get a better loor. Let me know if this is helpful in any way.
