Is the Wireframe Sketcher (WS) licensed per user (meaning that when I'm not using WS at home, I may use it (with my employer's permission) on a machine at work), per machine, or per seat (wherein 2 developers share one machine)?
WireframeSketcher can be licensed to a specific user or to a company. I suppose you are referring to the second case. When licensed to a company the only restriction is the number of persons using the product at the same time. This number must match the number of licenses that was purchased.
