No, comments are an advanced functionality which only works when you
share mockups on WireframeSketcher servers. Even if it were to work
for local HTML export it would still need to connect to our server
even if only for comments. However this would defeat the purpose of
sharing locally in a LAN since access to external server would be
still required, so you might just as well share mockups via our
servers.
