How to make vertical link bar?

Is it possible to make vertical link bar? I only see horizontal one.

There is no vertical equivalent of Link Bar. The alternative is to use multiple Link widgets stacked vertically. Use "Distribute Vertically" action to space widgets out evenly.

I've put it on our todo list it. It will be added if there is more interest in it.

Another option that you can try is to use List widget. Set the text to underline, remove the border and it should resemble what you need. You can wrap items using [link] syntax to make the look like links.
