Additional properties for elements

First of all, thank you for this great product. I have never created mock-ups that fast!

We want to use the wire frames to generate templates because its quite annoying to create the same screen with another syntax again. Therefore we need the possibility to add properties to elements. Do you plan on implementing such a feature?

Another feature that would be nice. The exported wireframe look to good for a customer, and from my experience he then concludes, that half of the software is already implemented. Do you plan to implement a skin like Balsamiq offers?

I am not sure I get what you want to do. Do you want to add custom values to the XML file that your generator can use later? I could add a "hidden" option to do this.

More sketchy skin is something that I have on my list but it's a big task. For now you could try using Comic Sans font. You can set it either per screen or globally. Would it help in your case? Here's how it would look:
