Tooltip, can they be made dynamic in Presentation mode?

Hello:

I am needing to show an example of how the tooltip will behave for my evaluation.

Right now, I can place a tooltip but I see no way to dynamically expose the tooltip.

I have been using links to get hotspots onto items to go to other screens. Do I need to use links to somehow show/hide a tooltip?

Yes, the only way to do what you want is via links. You have to create two screen files, one without tooltip and one with a tooltip and inter-link them. To avoid duplication, use a component in the second screen to include the first one.
