Distributing Elements

The distribute feature is nice for lining up multiple elements (like form fields), but it's usefulness is diminished by the fact that there is no way to specify the gap between the items. Would you consider adding an option to distribute so that the gap can be specified?

Do you know any graphical software that lets you specify a gap? I'd like to use an established UI for that.

Right now you have to put first and last elements in desired positions and then other element will be distributed in between.

Hmm...I actually don't, I just was thinking about something like Flex where a container has verticalGap and horizontalGap properties. So I'm not sure how it would work other than a dialog or tooltip that would let you enter a number.
