is there a way to use different fonts (typefaces) inside one screen? I would like to differ the fonts in the textfields (e.g. bodytext and headline) instead of choosing one font for the whole screen ...

No, it's not possible to use multiple fonts inside the same screen. Perhaps you can work around this issue by using images for parts of the design.
