insert single column/row into table

Its it possible to insert a row with a single column into a table between delimited columns/rows?

Nevin, the content for the table is specified as comma separated values and must be edited as such. Right now there's no other interface to do it. You could try to use Excel or OO Calc to edit the table and then paste it back. Let me know if this works for you.
