Android KitKat Stencil
A stencil for Android 4.4 (KitKat) mockups and wireframes. This stencil can be used both for Android phone and tablet apps. The stencil is organized in several categories to simplify the access to different components. Content, Controls, Lists, Navigation, Prompts and Typography categories group common controls and views. Devices category contains device bezels for Nexus 5, 7 and 10 devices. Additionally the stencil includes Chrome components for wireframing websites on Android devices.
For better layout precision install and use Roboto Regular Font and set the base font size of your screens to 14px. Use Touch Gestures stencil to annotate your Android wireframes. Install Android Action Bar Icon Pack for Android icons. You can also install Material Design Icons for a more complete set with more modern icons.
This stencil replaces older Android ICS stencil for Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
This stencil requires WireframeSketcher 4.2.2 or later.
